Our vision is simple. We equip and send. We train students for life by helping them first meet God on a deeply intimate level, then training them through intense discipline in the areas of self growth, spiritual maturity, and life organization. Our goal is to then send them out of the gates running with referrals and job placement according to each students call in life.

MCS IS…A PROCESS OF REACHING PEOPLE
The beginning of the discipleship process is to instill in every student the mandate that we must REACH people. Jesus did not merely suggest this He commanded it. We believe the greatest tool of discipleship is to allow people to be involved in the hands on process of leading un-churched, pre-Christian people to Jesus.

MCS IS…A PROCESS OF RESTORING PEOPLE
We all have baggage. Jesus knew that when he called us. He took us how we were but promised not to leave us the same. Jesus is in the business of fixing people and so are we. We desire to enable people to face their past, conquer it, and then testify about God’s grace throughout the process. God desires for you to be whole…do you?

MCS IS…A PROCESS OF RAISING PEOPLE
Jesus is incredible at seeing who people are and then showing them what He sees. He then raises them up to live life to the maximum potential that they are created to live. Our desire is to pull out the potential in people and raise them up to be world changers. Young men and woman that are gifted and totally abandoned for God

MCS IS…A PROCESS THAT RELEASES PEOPLE
Whether a person has been called to minister in the market place or on the mission field, we are committed to developing people and then releasing them to a place where success can be obtained. There are over 30 MCS alumni that are currently involved in full-time ministry. We train and then we release. We get to know God and then make Him known. We learn how serve, then we serve others passionately.
